Er. Adnan Latif Qureshi, after completing Diploma in Civil Engineering from Kashmir Government Polytechnic, Srinagar in the year 2008 passed Sections A and B of AMIE in Civil Engineering in the year 2013. He has gained vast experience in the field of conducting surveys for infrastructure projects, drainage, highway, runway & water supply schemes and formulation of DPRs from inception stage including construction supervision of projects. Mr. Adnan is highly accomplished in operating Total Station, DGPS auto level besides has acquired skills in operating various softwares viz. Civil 3D, AutoCad, Sketchup, Surfer, MS Office, etc. A few of his notable contributions include projects:
1: Resurfacing of parallel taxi track and links in Awantipora Airport, Pulwama, Kashmir for the client Indian Air Force having project cost of Rs. 22.00 Cr. Project.
2: Akash Mizale involving execution of rigid pavement, flexible pavement, building and allied works at a project cost of Rs. 16.5 Cr.
3: As Project Manager with M/S Shalimar​_ Constructions for construction of Rs. 8.5 Cr. Kargil-Sarai building at Bemina, Srinagar for the client R&B Division, Kargil.
4: Providing, laying, testing and commissioning of raw water pipe line from Nowhar to Water Treatment Plants at Kralpora (18.5 KM length popularly known as Nawhar Line) with a project cost of Rs. 45.00 Cr. for the client Economic Reconstruction Agency under ADB funding while being associated with GKW Consult GmbH (H.O. Mannheim, Germany.
5: Rehabilitation, strengthening and four Lanning of Srinagar- Banihal Section of NH-1A from Km.187.000 to 189.350 and Km.220.700 to 286.110 (Banihal Bypass) in Jammu and Kashmir on DBFOT Annuity Model (Package No. NHDP-Phase 11/BOT/1/J&K).
6: Construction of 0.8 kms of runway extension, 450.00 Mtr. of Taxiway, 8 Helipads (27 X 35 Mtr.) both rigid as well as flexible pavements.
Er. Adnan is a Lead Survey Engineer with JNY Consulting Engineers LLP having the talent and temperament to take on challenging jobs and has excellent management skills. He has worked on projects of preparation of DPRs for Storm Water Drainage Scheme and Upgradation of Emergency Access Road for HPCL LPG Bottling Plant Premises at Pampore, Pulwama during the year 2024-25 while being associated with JNY Consulting Engineers LLP.
