Er. Arif Ahmad Hakim has been associated with the company since its inception. He is an ace Structural Engineer with a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering with Specialization in Structural Engineering. The research paper submitted by Er. Arif on “Seismic Behavior of Multistoried Buildings in Different Zones and their Comparison” and his presentation on “Base Isolation Concept and Techniques” have been well received by the academia. He has about a decade of experience in configuring structures from conception to completion stage and delivering sustainable techno-economic design solutions.

Er. Arif has provided structural designs for scores of prestigious buildings both in private and public sector and also bridges in the Union Territories of J&K and Ladakh for Public Works (PWD) and other Government Departments. During early part of his career, Er. Arif worked for Water and Power Consultancy Services Ltd. (WAPCOS), Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India as Quality Control/Civil Engineer for 9 MW Dah and Hanu SHPs.
