Er. Manzoor completed M.Sc. in Civil Engineering (Specialization in Hydraulic Structures in the year 1994 from Aligarh Muslim University and has over twenty eight years of experience leading complex urban infrastructure, flood resilience, disaster recovery, water supply and storm water DRAINAGE programmes across India , Qatar and Maldives. He has proven record of leading multidisciplinary teams of more than 70 professionals, directing multibillion rupee portfolios and delivering World Bank, Asian Development Bank and GIZ-funded projects. Has vast experience in programme governance, commercial management, stake holder engagement, procurement, FIDIC contract administration, risk management, and climate resilient infrastructure planning.
Presently, Er. Manzoor is working as Sr. Project Director Haskoning India Consulting Pvt. Ltd. and previously he has worked with Asian Development Bank as Water Resources Management Expert for Urban Local Bodies and Smart City SPVs Besides this, during his association with the World Bank as a consultant, he has worked on Jammu Tawi Flood Recovery Project, Bihar Kosi Basin Development and Odisha Disaster Recovery Management Projects.
