Mr. Munir Ahmad Kapra is a seasoned Hydraulic Engineer withover three decades of distinguished service in the Jammu and Kashmir Jal Shakti Department. Throughout his illustrious career, he has held key leadership roles, including as Executive Engineer. With a strong academic foundation in Civil Engineering from REC Srinagar (now NIT Srinagar), Kashmir, Kapra brings a wealth of field experience and technical expertise to the table. Known for his strategic planning and target driven execution, he has successfully delivered numerous water supply and irrigation projects under flagship initiatives such as NRDWP, NABARD, AMRUT and JJM. Karpa’s proficiency in water supply and irrigation schemes is complemented by his advanced skills in detailed project reporting, economic analysis and social impact assessment.
